  NOAA and The National Weather Service are the Gold Standard. This app is an excellent app when notification settings and updates are in order. The Sound Alerts coupled with the Notifications are valuable especially when one is asleep or happens to be taking a nap 🤓!

  Living on the coast requires constant attention to the weather. Marine and local weather are broadcast constantly on VHF marine radios. However, having one available all the time isn’t practical. This app solves that problem. It is especially useful during hurricane season.
